Return & Refund Policy

At Asmita Fashion, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in ensuring our products are thoroughly checked and securely packaged before dispatch. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item (product received does not match the item ordered).

  • The product you received is damaged or defective (including sarees, dresses, kurtis, etc.).

Mandatory Requirement for Returns

To be eligible for a return, you must:

  1. Record an unboxing video starting before opening the package.

  2. The video must clearly show:

    • Your shipping label and order details on the parcel.

    • The entire process of opening the parcel and checking the product.

  3. The video must be unedited and continuous.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Send the unboxing video along with your order details to return@theasmita.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Our support team will review your request and verify the issue.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange for the return pickup or guide you through the return process.

Important Notes

  • Returns will not be accepted without an unboxing video or if the issue is not clearly visible in the video.

  • No returns will be accepted for issues reported after 48 hours of delivery.

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • If your return is approved, we will provide a replacement of the same item only.
