3. Orders and Payment

All orders placed on our website are subject to availability and acceptance.
We use a trusted third-party payment gateway for secure payments.
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.
By making a payment, you also agree to the terms of the payment gateway provider.

4. Shipping Policy

We ship orders only within India. International orders are not accepted at this time.
Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within the estimated delivery time of 5–7 working days.
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or logistical issues are beyond our control.
Tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched.

5. Return and Replacement Policy

We strive to deliver the best quality products. However, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

Eligible Return Scenarios:

You received a wrong product.
The product you received is damaged (e.g., sarees, dresses, kurtis).

Return Conditions:

You must record an unboxing video starting from a clearly visible shipping label on your parcel.
The video must show the parcel being opened and the product’s condition.
Send the unboxing video to return@theasmita.com for review.
After verification, our team will guide you through the return process.

Important Notes:

We do not offer refunds.
If your return request is approved, we will send you a replacement of the original item.
Returns without a valid unboxing video or without visible parcel information will not be accepted.

6. Pricing and Taxes

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

All content on this website, including images, graphics, logos, text, and layout, is the property of Asmita Enterprise and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
